Several hours every day for an extended period of time. This is self directed and you can move as quickly or as slowly as you like.
Access to a desktop, laptop, or tablet. You can do this on a phone but a dedicated space where you can sit and immerse yourself on a large screen is much more enjoyable.
Any additional supplies or purchases. All of the activity sheets are PDF fillable (yay to saving trees). You can print them out if you prefer but don't have to.

How long do I have to complete the course?
Once you purchase Rut Rescue, you have lifetime access to the material! Amazing, right?! You can take as long as you need to complete the material although it takes an average of 3-5 hours.
How many hours a day do I need to dedicate?
This is going to be personal to you! The activities are set out so you can get as deep as you want to. Other participants have reported 3-5 hours to complete the entire course.
Is the course platform mobile-friendly?
YES! We use the course platform Kajabi and they have an amazing app that allows you to access all of your courses from your phone or tablet. A link to that app is included in your welcome email with your log-in information!
What if I want to retake this course down the road after I complete it?
You can retake this course and reuse this material as often as you please! Ruts are a natural part of life, and these activities and information will grow with you over time and be useful to your growth and journey again and again!
